Canadian IPG supplies a variety of services that include Automated Solutions, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Integrated Supply and On Site Storeroom Management.

Vending Machine

Automated Solution allow Canadian IPG to manage the customers inventory or consigned inventory through a wide range of automated machines that include Scroll Vending, RoboCrib, VacuVend, Accu-Cab and Accu-Port. Each solution has a place in today’s manufacturing process and Canadian IPG can assist in finding the right solution for your company. Canadian IPG is the only company in Canada today managing products using RFID technology to help control customers costs and improve on site management of inventories.

Vendor Managed Inventory is a process where Canadian IPG manages the customer’s inventory on site using the customer’s current stock storage locations. Canadian IPG labels the inventory with bar codes and manages the inventory on a determined cycle period with Canadian IPG VMI personnel.

Vending Machine

Integrated Supply will allow our customers to work within our software allowing a requisitioning process. The requisitioner has predetermined limits and orders that exceed the limit will move upward to higher management level to sign off on the order, digitally. This unique software application allows the customers personnel to look at all previous orders, invoices, shipping documents, items etc. in real time.

On Site Storeroom Management was created to allow Canadian IPG to supply full time personnel and inventory on site at the customer’s location. This allows the customer to reduce their inventory requirements and increase service levels. Canadian IPG wins, in that it can ship products to other customers in the immediate area, gaining growth.

All the above services can work together depending on the customer’s requirements

Evaluation/Implementation.

The evaluation process of products and potential service requirements can be started at any time.

After the decision by the customer on the services they believe to be the fit for their company, an implementation plan will be forwarded to your company. This implementation schedule will have times agreed to by both Canadian IPG and the customer, on processes and training that must be met, to fulfill the scheduled start time.

Each solution has different timelines to implement but can be completed in the following times if the processes are met:

Automated Solutions: 8 to 12 weeks
Vendor Managed Inventory: 3 to 5 weeks
Integrated Supply: 4 to 6 weeks
On Site Storeroom Management: 4 to 6 weeks
Combination of any of the above add 1 to 2 weeks
